I have 2015 tax return at home. Can I log in to Turbo tax tomorrow and pick up where I left off today?

Yes, of course! Every time you move to another screen, the secure server automatically saves your information. All you have to do is sign out (select My Account then Save & sign out) When you log back in it will show your return is "in progress" and there will be a button to take you to where you left off.
