I have 1099G info to enter and didn't use last years taxes & now I can't go back. Also, I was married last year & divorced this year, Do I need to claim the entire amount

There is nothing in the divorce papers about it.

No, you don't have the claim the entire amount. If state taxes were deducted as itemized deductions last year, you would typically divide the amount reported on 1099-G or refunded on your state taxes between you and your former spouse equally. If you didn't itemize your deductions last year, the refund is not taxable to you.
