I have 1 item to "fix" before I can e-file but I cannot. On Schedule C on line 13a & b , the form won't let me make the change it's instructing me to make. Ideas?

If you can't make the change on the Review form, go back to your Business Vehicle Expenses section. 

This question in the interview asks if you 'have evidence to support the Business Use claimed', which you would probably say YES to.

The next question 'is the evidence written?' can then be YES or NO. 

However, if you previously said NO, you did not have evidence to support Business Use, then you can't say YES to 'is the evidence written?' without getting an error.
