I had to send in an 8962 form via mail to the IRS after I filed. Will this delay my refund?

If they just asked for the 1095-A and a completed 8962, then that is perfect. TurboTax does not have visibility into the time frame for the IRS processing these forms, but you may call the phone number on the letter to request confirmation or any additional information about their new processes this year.
