I had to replace my old debitcard that my refund was going to and the my new card hasn't came yet. I don't know what to do to put the new routing number when it's comes.

Your routing number and bank account number will not change just because your debit card is being replaced. Unless you closed your checking account and opened a new one, you should be able to use the routing & account numbers given to you when you opened the account (found at the bottom of your checks, or provided by the bank if you don't have checks)
