What income was missing?  Turbo Tax is a self prepared return.  It is up to you to check over your return before you file and make sure everything is on it.

There is no such thing as an "automatic download system".   If you mean imports from financial institutions then it depend on the financial institution to make all the information available and only certain things can be imported.     It is up to you to verify that the import matches your paper statement - TurboTax has no way to know or do that, which is why imports are not guaranteed for accuracy.
