I had to file an amended return last year for 2017 taxes. I had to pay back $1200 as a result. My refund amount on this site does not reflect that. How can I correct this

The amount you had to pay with your 2017 amended return is additional federal tax for tax year 2017. This amount is not deductible in 2018 and does not add to your refund for tax year 2018. You do not have to correct anything.
