If your bank information has changed since you submitted your return, there unfortunately is not a way to change this. What will happen is the bank is going to reject the money and send it back to the IRS since the account no longer exists. Once the IRS get the money back they will issue you a paper check and send it to the address that you used to file. You should get it in a few weeks.
