I had my filing fee deducted from my return so my refund went to TT they deducted the fee then deposited remainder will that effect my stimulus money being deposited

As stated on the SBTPG website, you should receive your stimulus payment by check.

However, in the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

I had my return direct deposited after my fees were taken out. On the SBTPG website it says for people who requested a check. Mine was deposited into my account so will it still come via check? Also the previous year I had dis not do it that way I had it directly sent to my bank does that make a difference?
