I got the CP05 letter from the IRS today. Refund being withheld till late April. Can someone tell me since I filed with Turbo Tax , will my refund check still come to my bank via the routing informati

Also, will turbo tax send me updates or everything will now go through the mail from the IRS ?

Your refund should still be direct deposit and the "where's my refund" IRS tool will eventually update. At this point, you will likely not receive updates from TurboTax since you are in review.
