I got my turbo tax card. how long should it take for my return to be added on to my card....the app is trying to make me refile? i dont understand

Actually,  the money goes on the card when the IRS (or state) actually issues your refund. The IRS goal is 21 days. And,  State refund times vary.

However, last year, 9 out of 10 e-filers received their IRS tax refund in less than 21 days, and we expect the same this year.
