I got my prepaid card in the mail, but when I activated it there wasn't any money on it. What do I do to get my tax return to show up?

Your return may not have been processed yet. You do not have to do anything for the return to show up on the account, once the IRS has processed your return and sent the refund over it will be showing on the card as a direct deposit.
