If you are talking with the audit support company then talk to them ... they are there to help you and if they believe the info you sent was insufficient to support your position then listen to them OR send the info to the IRS yourself and take the chance you may be denied the dependents and the associated credits. Then you will need to amend the return to fight the IRS decision.
