I got a letter stating I must add my health and wellness rewards as income on my taxes but it didn't say where to add them. The total was $50. Can anyone help me?

Health and Wellness Rewards would be reported under other income on your tax return.  To enter this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Login to TurboTax
2. Click the down arrow next to Income
3. Click add income
4. Click Less Common Income
5. Click Add next to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
6. Click Start next to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
7. Click Start next to Other Reportable Income
8. Click yes for the questions, "Any other reportable income?"
9. Enter the description and reward amount
