I got a letter from the ohio department of taxation about unapplied payments for 2015.
I forgot to change my school district with my employer, causing an overpayment to the state of ohio in tax year 2015. The letter I got says I need to file an Ohio IT 1040 to receive the payment. where do i enter that info in turbotax to get the refund?

To find the form in TurboTax,
- Sign Into Turbo Tax Online
- Click Return to my tax return
- Click on the Search bar
- Type in Ohio IT-1040
- Click the Jump to link
Ohio IT 1040 is the Individual Income Tax Return.
Here's a link below to show you what the form looks like.
