If you agree with the letter then pay it.

If you disagree then then letter should tell you how to dispute it.

What does the letter say was wrong?

we can not see your return and even if we could, we would have no way to determine whether it is correct.

respond to the notice within the time limit otherwise it will be impossible to correct any errors the IS made. . you'll have to include the notice ; a letter explaining what's wrong with IRS results and supporting documents if possible (don't send originals as you may need them)
