I got a Corrected Mortgage Interest Statement-Form 1098 after filing my taxes last year. Do I have to refile/ amend that tax return if I took the standard deduction?

The only difference between the original Mortgage Interest Statement and the Corrected Mortgage Interest Statement is block 1. Everything else is identical.

If you took the Standard Deduction in 2021 there is no reason to file an amended 2021 for a change in box 1 of the Form 1098.

In addition to what DoninGa said above, if the change of mortgage interest paid was significant enough that you can now itemize your deductions, then you should consider amending the 2021 tax return.

Standard deduction amount increased. For 2021, the standard deduction amount has been increased for all filers. The amounts are:

Single or Married filing separately—$12,550.

Married filing jointly or Qualifying widow(er)—$25,100.

Head of household—$18,800.
