Huh? A 1041 is anEstate/Trust return. You have to file it separately. Do you mean a Schedule K-1 you got from a 1041? Did you enter it into your return? Or do you need to amend your tax return to add it?

With respect to a Schedule K-1 (1041) you do not file the schedule with your individual income tax return (e.g, Form 1040) unless backup withholding was reported in box 13, code B.

Keep it for your records, of course.
