Do you mean 1095-B or 1099-B? Form 1095-B shows that you had health insurance. You do not report a Form 1095-B on your tax return, so you don't have to do anything. Just keep it with your tax records in case there is any question about whether you had health insurance.
If you omitted a 1099-B, which shows the sale of stock or other investments, you will have to file an amended return to add the 1099-B. Don't file the amended return until your original return has been processed and you have received your refund.

I never received a 1095 form. I have Medicare and Tricare for Life so am covered. I have requested a 1095 form from Medicare today but it will not get here before my taxes are due. Should I file an extension? what do you suggest?

@nroell2020 You don't need the 1095-B or 1095-C for your tax return. Just go ahead and file your tax return now. When TurboTax asks if you received Form 1095-A, answer No. You don't have Marketplace health insurance (ACA insurance or "Obamacare"), so you don't need any 1095 form.
