I forgot to add in $5111.00 in refinance closing costs for 2016 tax return. I just e-filed, can I amend it, if so , how and when? thx.

If your closing costs are points, you may be able to deduct them.  If they are fees, or appraisals, or anything other than interest paid upfront (points), then they are are probably not deductible.
