I finished my tax return but it says to print and mail it before the April deadline of 2020 do i have to print and mail it and if i do who do i mail it too?

If you decide to mail your return, the address will depend on if it is a state or federal return. It is recommended that you send your tax return using certified mail, so you know when the IRS receives your return.
