you certainly can but if there are certain items on your return the IRS may delay processing any refund due you due to certain changes in the tax laws.  it is not known how the IRS will handle these changes on filed returns.  there's also the need for Turbotax to review every state with an income tax to see if federal changes have an impact.

I did not file my income tax as a matter of fact I owe money, I need to open my account and have no idea how to access it.
