The IRS has just issued procedures for that (which, incidentally, are silent on amended returns). TT must now program and test them, and get IRS approval of its programming. Stay tuned.

TurboTax is working with the IRS to determine the process to handle this situation. The guidance at this point is to NOT amend tax returns.
