It is the NJ EIC document
If you claimed Earned Income Credit on your federal tax return and you also filed a New Jersey resident tax return (NJ-1040) in Turbo Tax, you have already received your NJEITC. Turbo tax automatically gives you the state EIC if you got the federal EIC.
If you aren't sure, just check line 57 of your NJ-1040. That is the amount of your Earned Income Credit for the state.
