You have to file your own return by hitting the Transmit Returns Now or Transmit my returns now button. Please see here How do I e-file my personal (individual) tax return? for details on e-filing your return. 

TurboTax doesn't file the return for you nor email a copy. But you can print a copy. I'll provide links that contain how to print instructions below.

Keep in mind, the IRS will not start accepting e-filed returns until January 29, 2018. More details here When will the IRS start accepting e-filed returns?
