I files our taxes on Feb 10, 2022, done on turbotax, on a 1042-SR form. I still have not received our $2800.00 refund. I can't get any info from the IRS. Help!

I tried login in on my IRS account 4 times and that did not work. I tried The "Where is my refund" and entered my data and got an answer that they couldn't track it.

by chance did you receive the 3rd stimulus payment last March - May, 2021 in the amount of $2800????

If you e-Filed in Feb. your return status should be appearing on the Where's My Refund page.

Check TT … if it says the IRS accepted the return for processing then they did … how long it will take to process and approve your refund is something only the IRS can answer:    https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/ 

Checking the IRS site … no record found can be shown from time to time even if you enter everything correctly and this is normal.   I will also be this way if you try unsuccessfully too many times in a row … then you are locked out for a day.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Or the IRS adjusted your 2800 refund to zero.   Check your return line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit.   You may have already got the 3rd Stimulus payment last year starting in March 2021.  Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.  Double check your bank account.  

If the IRS adjusted your return they will mail you a letter.
