I filedof the feb 5th and still have not got my refund and I don’t know why

Your processing time depends on when your return was accepted and if there were any delays for any reason.   

If it has been longer than 21 days, you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to check your return. When calling the IRS do NOT choose the automated Option 1.
