I filed with TurboTax last year and this year and never received refunds?

I e-filed both times (2020 and 2021).  Both times the returns were accepted and expected refund issue dates given.  State taxes were auto-deposited for 2020 about one week after acceptance. Never saw the federal refund. Have not seen either state of fed refund for 2021 yet, and TT says it should have been back by now.

For 2021, as mentioned by ee-ea, some returns can take longer than others. The best place to find information about the status of your tax return/refund would be on the IRS  Where's My Refund? site. The site is updated daily usually in the evening hours.
