I filed with turbo tax last year. You keep showing that I didn't? Where is my file?

I have used Turbo Tax for > 10 years. Every year I would start with download the previous year information. I have Turbo tax 2015 on my computer, but when I log in there is no 2015 on your program. 2014 and 2013. I need the information from 2015. Please, find it! I tried recovery 3 times. Can the program just down load from my computer? I be back in a couple hours.

The most likely issue is that you have multiple accounts with TurboTax and are signing in to the wrong one. Try:
