I filed with Turbo Tax end of January, they were both accepted, i received my state,but not federal, and my federal is not even registering on the IRS tracker tool.

You are not alone.  The IRS Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.

However, if TT told you your return was Accepted, then the IRS has it for processing.  Once that happens, TT receives no further updates, and the IRS has been imploring taxpayers not to call.  So please continue to be patients, as lots of folks are waiting.   Also see:

 I have not received a stimulus either and it is not registering on the tracker. So I am concerned that neither my taxes nor my stimulus are showing up on the trackers. I got my State return direct deposited right away. I will try to be patient haha
