I filed with turbo tax and selected the card for my refund. I was hit with tax fraud and cleared it up. My refund has been approved, will it still load to my card?

Yes, the IRS (& State) will deposit your refund on the information that was on your return when you filed. Since you choose the TurboTax card, that is what your refund will be on.
