TurboTax has no control over the time it takes the IRS to process your tax return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

OR——if you filed by mail, expect a long wait. It is taking the very backlogged IRS six to nine months to process mailed returns. Until a human opens your envelope and enters the data into the system, nothing will even show up on the refund site, so you will have to be very patient.
Everyone else who didn’t use TurboTax received their refund a half a year ago. TurboTax has zero customer service. “File with confidence knowing your tax
return is backed by America's #1 tax preparation provider.” TurboTax guarantee is complete nonsense. I’m pretty sure the reason I never received my return is due to TurboTax messing something up. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone that works for this nonsense company.
@Jgovernale06 TurboTax provides software for a do-it-yourself tax return. Once you file the return, TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS or your state. The IRS will not share any information with TT. TT cannot legally seek information about your return once the IRS has it, and cannot intercede with the IRS or check your refund status.
That being said, lots of people--especially people in a hurry to file really early in the tax season--make mistakes that put their returns under review and delayed their refunds. Many of the mistakes made resulted in reduced refunds or even in owing tax instead of getting refunds. You may be one of those people. Only the IRS can tell you. What does it say when you use the IRS refund site?
