I filed with TTax. I owed & the IRS withdrew my state & federal taxes, as expected. This was a month ago. My return is still "accepted" not "approved." Is this a problem?

The IRS does not withdraw state taxes due; rather, the state does.

Your returns will never say "Approved," as TT is not notified of that, and the IRS (and state) WMR sites only report on returns that are due a refund.
