I filed with another software last week and found that Turbo tax is giving me better refund. Can I use Turbotax now and cancel the first one?

If you already filed a return, you cannot file another. The only thing you can do is wait to see if the government either rejects or accepts it. If they happen to reject it, then you can file a new one with TurboTax. If they accept, you cannot.

Are you needing to add more tax information to it? If you filed and left off important tax information, then yes, you can amend after accepted and you've received refund.
