I filed today and when should I expect my return

You need to wait until your returns are accepted or rejected.  You would expect your refund once the IRS & State fully process your returns.  With everything going on, timelines are up in the air.

Once your returns are accepted, only the IRS and State would know when you will receive your refund. TurboTax does not get any information about your refund.
