I filed scheduled C last year using Turbotax Home and Business. 

I do not need file schedule C this year. 

Can I use Turbotax Deluxe desktop now?. 

Will I have any issues when Turbotax Deluxe tries to import last year tax returns from my desk top ?

Yes, you can use TurboTax Desktop Deluxe.

TurboTax will transfer all of your 2015 income tax return information, including your business (Schedule C) information. Please see the following TurboTax FAQ How do I delete a prior-year Schedule C business that transferred over?
