I filed my taxes yesterday and then received 2 1099 R forms in the mail, how do I go about adding these into my taxes?

You will have to wait for the filed return to be processed and you get your refund.

Then you can Amend the 2018 filed return, and add the two 1099R's.

There is no way to get the return back after it was filed.

If you are extremely lucky it would get rejected and then you could correct it and add the 1099R income and refile it.
