I filed my taxes today after filing an extension as it showed I owed $6000 when I first prepared them. Today when I finished the filing the amount due dropped to $0 why?

When i downloaded my taxes after sending to file, for my records, theres payment coupons for $1700 for the next 4 months due Feb-Pay of this year, but it said the amount due and my refund was $0

Those are Forms 1040-ES for making 2023 estimated tax payments and would have to be printed and mailed to the IRS with the estimated tax payment. They are optional and you are not required to use them if you will not be making any 2023 estimated tax payments.
