Not sure what you are asking. What "change" are you looking for? What are you trying to fix? Why do you think you need to re-file? If you were able to e-file your state returns and they were accepted, then your federal return had to have been e-filed and accepted also If you are referring to the status of your federal refund, you have to track it on the IRS site--not on TurboTax.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Again----TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. If you mailed your federal return you should expect it to take at least 6-8 weeks before you receive a refund.

There will never be an update on your online account for an e-filed or mailed return. After you file, TurboTax is done. And TT's software does not know that you put your return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. After you mail a return, you can track it on the IRS site or the state's website.
Wait about 4 weeks from when you mail a return and then you can check the status on the IRS site.
In the future, if you mail a tax return (or a payment) to the IRS, it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received
