I filed my taxes on the 4th of February and it was accepted but the IRS website still says it’s being processed. Is there a hold up this year?

I do have the child tax credit. Filed as head of household

The IRS did not start issuing refunds for returns that included the Child Tax Credit & the Additional Child Tax Credit.  The refunds started to be issued in mid to late February & most refunds should be received by March 1st.
