I filed my taxes on the 31 of Jan. They got accepted on the 12 of Feb. And still havent recieved them or a date to get them any ideas why??

You are not alone. The IRS has a major backlog due to all the extra stimulus filings, and the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. Lots of folks are waiting, so pleases continue to be patient.

The IRS doesn't share that information with us. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund.

If it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed, you'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay.
