I filed my taxes on jan 17th and i requested for the pre paid visa card and have not gotten, after tracking my refund they said it will be deposited into my bank ?

i never gave turbo tax my account details so why would they say it was going into my bank, and how do i make sure i asked for the pre paid visa card?

Bank/pre paid card would be the same thing.
