I filed my taxes on February 12th. I file an injured spouse claim every year. It usually only takes about a month to get my refund. I haven’t received it yet. Help?

Typically, the IRS issues most refunds (9 out of 10) in less than 21 days, although some do require additional time. If it has been longer than 21 days since you e-file your tax return,you’ll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. To contact the IRS, please call 1-800-829-1040.
