I filed my taxes on February 10th and they were accepted. I haven't received my refund. I haven't heard from Turbo Tax or the IRS.

How do you see if the direct deposit information is correct?

To see your direct deposit information, you can look at your Form 1040, Line 35b/c/d, or in the return PDF with all the worksheets (we can tell you how to get), you can look at the Filing Instructions page.   I'll post that in a second comment below.

NOTE:  If you used an add-on option that uses a third-party bank to first received the funds, you may see deposit information for the third-party bank.

First, if you efiled, double-check and be sure your efiled return was accepted.   If using Online TurboTax, you can check at the Tax Home page.   Does it show as accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or something else?

If that showed your return was accepted for processing, you can track your Federal refund at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.   Is there any message there?

The IRS normally uses 3 stages:

  • Return received and is being processed.
  • Refund approved.
  • Refund sent and an expected deposit date.

If that tool shows your refund is still being processed, and since it's been longer than the usual, you can phone the IRS, if you wish, to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.

One place to look is the Form 1040, Line 35b/c/d.  To see information on how your refund is being handled you can look at the Electronic Filing Instructions page inside your return PDF.  You may have to get the larger PDF with the worksheets to see it.  Here's how:

NOTE:  When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it since it's already been filed.  If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.

  • Log in, and at the Tax Home and way down near the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" for 2025, look for a link/button "Add a State."
  • Click on "Add a State."  (you don't really add one.  That's just to open your return back up.)
  • After the return interview is open, click in the left menu column on the tab TAX TOOLS, then PRINT CENTER.
  • Then choose "Print, save, view this year's return."
  • The next screen should ask what you want in your PDF:  Federal. state, or both (I always save both--just in case) and offer some options:  "Just my tax returns", or "include government worksheets (optional)", or "include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional.)"
  •  The latter has the most pages.

NOTE:  Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc.  Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
