TurboTax never knows if you received your refund. TurboTax gets no information after you file your return. You can check the IRS refund site to see if a refund was issued and check your own bank records to see if a deposit was made.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
@kimchi-kimi777 , absent any bank records , the only accurate way to see anything on refunds etc. is to visit "Where is My Refund" -- WMR at www.irs.gov. You will need your SSN, Tax Year, Filing Status and the amount of refund. Another way is to establish an account at IRS and then you can see your tax filing history .
Same/similar facilities are available for most State DOR.
I am assuming here that you asked for direct deposit / check while filing your return at the IRS.
