For your Federal return you can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund (you need to wait until Jan 4th, This service will be unavailable from approximately 12 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, until approximately 7 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, January 4, 2021, due to planned maintenance.)
If you mailed in your return then is can take allot longer for the IRS to process since they were not processing mailed in returns until recently.
The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning. Do not press 1 for refund, press option 2 instead.

Since you had to print and mail the 2019 federal tax return (e-filing closed in October) it will be several months before the IRS processes the 2019 tax return.
If you are eligible you will get the Recovery Rebate Credit (stimulus) on the 2020 federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 30.
After completing the Other Tax Situations section of the 2020 TurboTax program you will be asked about the stimulus payment received or not received in 2020.
