You would need to contact your state department of revenue for further assistance as TurboTax does not have access to any information regarding your tax refund once it has been submitted and accepted by the IRS and state department.

I received an IRS CP25, I’m expected to receive a return according to turbo tax but that CP25 says amount owed is $0. Also the “changes” the CP25 show no difference.
