I filed my taxes electronically and received another W-2 a few days later. I am ended my 1040. TurboTax list two different refunds and IRS list one. The amended refund?

The IRS will show the refund amount from your original return. If you have not mailed in your amended return it has not been filed, and the IRS does not have it. You cannot e-file an amended return.  They have to be mailed, and it takes up to 16 weeks for the IRS to process an amended return. 3 weeks after you mailed your amendment, you can start tracking its progress at the IRS Where's My Amended Return? site.
