I filed my taxes as single, but then noticed turbotax had automatically put 0 instead of 1 to claim my self, how do I correct it and should I ammend it?

Put 0 where exactly? Did you indicate that you were a dependent?

It states 0 on dependents and I not allowed to claim my self? If I am do you put self info in when it asked for dependents
