If you have already filed your 2019 return, the IRS will use information from your 2019 return to calculate your stimulus amount and you will have the stimulus for your two dependents.

Same boat... I had 2 dependents in 2018 and in 2019 filed with 3 dependents. I filed 2019’s taxes April 7th but the stimulus deposit was only for 2 dependents. I asked a similar question and received an answer that I would get the remaining money after filing taxes for 2020.
